Terms and Conditions

Last reviewed: July 2026. These are starter terms and must be reviewed to match the business entity, refund policy, payment process and applicable law before launch.

Eligibility and lawful use: users must be legally able to enter an agreement and may access only services and media for which they have the required rights or permissions.

Trials and compatibility: a trial is intended to help confirm device, player and network compatibility. Performance can vary by internet provider, router, Wi-Fi conditions, device capability and third-party applications.

Account security: login details must be kept private. Users may not resell, publish or share access beyond the simultaneous connections included with the selected plan.

Availability: channels, categories, apps and technical features can change. Do not rely on an unverified permanent content list or assume uninterrupted operation.

Payments and refunds: publish the actual prices, billing method, activation process and refund rules used by the business. Do not leave placeholder terms in production.

Third-party services: television manufacturers, app stores, players, internet providers, payment providers and communication platforms operate independently and have their own terms.

Support: users should provide accurate device and connection details. Support cannot correct faults controlled by an internet provider, home network or unsupported third-party app.

Changes: these terms may be updated when plans, tools or legal requirements change. Continued use after publication may be treated as acceptance where permitted by law.
